Kinesio Tape is a latex-free hypoallergenic cotton fiber tape with an acrylic heat-activated backing that stretches only along its longitudinal axis.
The McConnell Taping Method is a technique that tapes body parts to affect a specific biomechanical movement.

Benefits of Kinesiotaping and McConnell Taping:
It is more economical over time than other modalities, it is easy to learn and apply, there are less types of tape, and it may be used over a longer period of time. The Kinesio Taping Method differs from athletic strapping tape and the traditional McConnell Taping Method.
The McConnell Taping Method is a technique that tapes body parts to affect a specific biomechanical movement.
McConnell Tape uses a very rigid, highly adhesive tape that is applied for no more than 18 hours and often for shorter periods of time due to patient discomfort.

What Our Clients Say
Staff works you hard but the outcome is worth it. Began a 6 weeks regime of therapy post left foot surgery to decrease pain and stiffness. Therapists and aides were great. I liked the exercise cards they give patients to enable them to exercise at home in-between visits. Good location, updated exercise equipment of all kinds. Staff works you hard but the outcome is worth it. Feeling much improved. The physical therapists here have been outstanding in getting me back to 100% – in fact even better than 100%! came to ProPT after knee surgery. When I first started PT I had very limited range of motion and poor flexibility. The physical therapists here have been outstanding in getting me back to 100% – in fact even better than 100%! I am back to a full stretching and running routine and have even picked up some additional positive habits from the team here at ProPT! I rate my experience an A+ from start to finish. Thank you!
